Red Ribbon Week- We are enjoying Red Ribbon Week this week.  On tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28 the students will be allowed to bring teddy bears to school because "Drugs are Unbearable!".  On Thursday, October 29, the students will be allowed to come out of uniform as long as they are dressed like a profession that they would like to be when they grow up.  "Drug free: I can be anything I want to be!"

Pumpkin Contest- We can't wait to see all of the creative pumpkins on Friday, October 30.  Remember, they must be storybook characters!! Let's have a great time!

Ice Cream Social- Exxon Mobil will celebrate with all of the AR goal achievers for 1^st quarter on Wednesday, October 28 with an ice cream party!

Environmental Center Field Trip- Our Kindergarten-2^nd grade classes will be going to the Environmental Center on Monday, November 2.  The cost for the trip is $5.50.  If you have not already paid, please do so by Friday, October 30.  This will be an educational and exciting field trip.  The students will be allowed to tour the campus and see all of the animals.  They also have a gift shop so send a few dollars for spending

money.

Thanksgiving Lunch- We will be hosting Thanksgiving lunch on Thursday, November 19 for all of our students and parents.  If you would like to come and enjoy lunch with us, please indicate how many lunches you need to order.  We need all orders by Friday, October 30.  The cost for lunch is $5.00 for guests.  Please do not include your child in the number of lunches needed.  Please send the attached portion of this note by Friday, October 30.
